Home of the Cheetah Stud Remover Kit

TSISSG is a corporation that has developed a tool that is going to make life a lot easier when it comes to removing a broken axle stud in the rear hub of a large truck.

This tool was developed because there is no way to accurately drill a hole perfectly in the center of a broken stud, this tool will enable you to do just that.

Our kit allows a technician to remove a broken axle-housing stud in one-tenth the time it would normally take and without damage to existing threads; therefore, it returns the investment to you (the tech) and to the shop.

The kit has been designed to cover the eight most popular axles on the road and no tools are needed except a drill motor and a wrench to turn the easy-out. The Cheetah Stud Remover Kit is the most innovative broken stud remover tool on the market. It removes broken studs without harm to the studs or hub.

How to use the kit

(See pictures to the left)

When you have selected the correct fixture from the set of eight in the kit it will fit the stud pattern on the hub you are working on.

The two holes to the right and left of the center hole go over the good studs.

The center hole is for the drill bushing, put the fixture on the good studs leaving the center hole over the broken stud for the drill bushing.

You are now ready to drill a hole exactly in the center of the broken stud.

After the hole has been drilled you remove the fixture and the drill bushing.

Now you are ready for the easy-out and you remove the broken stud.

The rest is just a matter of installing the new stud and the truck is ready for the road.
